The fifteenth Scientific-Technical Symposium EXPOLIVA 2011 is
structured into debate forums on olive grove and oil.

Forum on Nutrition, Health and Olive Oil

Forum on Olive Oil Culture
Authors of papers related to the abovementioned forums may submit
them pursuant to the following rules:
RULES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
The
contents of the papers for the various Forums in the symposium must comply with
the rules stated below:
1.
All the papers must include a one-page ABSTRACT
pursuant to the following:

Maximum length: 15 double-spaced lines
§
Language: Spanish, English or French
§
Title: Arial, 14 point, bold capital letters
§
Text: Arial, 10 point
§
Name(s) and Surname(s) of author(s): Arial, 10 point, bold
§
Name of the Research Centre or entity where they perform their activity,
Locality and Country: Arial, 10 point, bold

Name of the Forum the paper is for: Arial, 10 point, bold

Use of
TABLES:
§
They must be submitted by pasting them into a new document using the same word
processing program as used for the rest of the paper, saved individually and
numbered in order of their insertion into the text. They must be called TABLE_N
(Extension corresponding to the word processor used to produce it).
DEADLINE
FOR SUBMISSION OF PAPERS
To
be accepted for review, papers must be sent without fail before
March 1st, 2011.

SELECTION
OF PAPERS
The
Symposium’s Scientific Committee will choose from among the papers submitted.
Those that are accepted will form part of the
Proceedings of the 15th Scientific-Technical Symposium: EXPOLIVA
2011 for later publication, with issue of the corresponding certificate
to the authors(s).
ORAL PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
Taking
time constraints into account, the Symposium’s Scientific Committee will
choose, from among the papers accepted for every one of the five forums, the
papers that will be presented orally when the Scientific-Technical Symposium:
EXPOLIVA 2011 is held.
PANEL
PRESENTATION OF PAPERS
The
papers accepted may be displayed on panels, which the Symposium Organisation
will provide their authors with.
The
surface area of the display panel for each paper may not exceed 75x100 cm
(equivalent to 12 DIN A4 formats).
The
deadline for submission of the originals at the headquarters of the Fundación
del Olivar will be
April 20st, 2011.
